Step 2:

Once enter Domain name Your page is to view the Pay account or Free account. You Choose Only the Free Account.
Step 3:
To click select Your account go to next Page. You to not choose a Plan. Select with a Free Site click
To click Free Site your site to View below the Picture.
Your site has been created !.
